Started taken the rear end apart on the 20x to get ready for the new bearings an bushings.. And low an behold the fkn hubs are welded to the axle! Both side!! So pretty much no way to get the axle out short of cuttin the axle in half or cuttin off the hubs!...

Unless I can get crafty with a grinder an grind the welds down to get the hubs off.. Not like I can find a axle an. Hubs anywhere for it ether!

the splines are probably stripped on the axle or hubs so the douche welded them on. grind it off as carefully as possible and see whatcha got to deal with. sorry about your luck. i hate it when people rig shnit. when i bought my blasty there was a huge crack in one of the swingarm crossmembers. the guy jb welded a metal plate over the crack. and me not knowin what i was lookin at didn't see it.

I'm gonna grind it off.. 86-87 were odd ball years.. Only interchange is 83-84 honda 250r axle an hubs,

So ill grind the welds replace the axle bearings an have nmy buddy weld the hub back on, not that big of a deal, seeing shouldn't have to replace the bearings for years

damn dude, I had the same exact issue with my old 200s. Ended up parting it out and ended up unexpectadly getting a free 200m and a super cheap 110. Something wants me to have trikes...... they just keep coming back. =/

Mine came the same way. It had PC7 on it (basically jb weld) because of bad splines. $200 dollars later for a hub to hub axle off craigslist with a new carrier and bearings i was back in business... too bad i later swapped it out for the dominator II but w/e.

my blaster is the same way, the guy I bought it from welded the hubs on and he lost the clip for the master link on the chain so he welded the chain to
