ask flotec, wildcard, kennedy what oil they recommend.. id say its klotz its just the best.. costly tho 42 bucks a gal..

when i first got my blaster i was running amzoil interceptr.. smells kinda like burnt speaker wire.. the pro honda hp smells so much nicer, burns cleaner, and runs better.... kinda pricey at jst under 8 bucks a pint one bottle makes 32'1 mixed 4 gallons..
and i love the smell of race gas. i go to w.i.r. for the real street drags... mmmm the smell of burning rubber and race fuel mmmmmmm
ow pretty clever with the cotton candy! LOL I think im going to go get a coupl gallons of race gas and mix some new fuel up for the blaster. Think Im going to stick with the Amsoil though. As I like to run nothin but the best. (personal opinion)
if you ever make it down here or i make it up your way ya can take my blaster for a ride and a smell with the pro honda hp2.... and seriously her exhaust smells like fair cotton candy!!
im running the hp2 since i know a guy that ran 21 years on the original piston and rings in a honda 250r!!!!!!!!!! 21 YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and by no means babied it..... thats gotta tell ya something about the hp2 right there
and i have almost 25 hours of ride time on this current spark plug
21 years Wow thats pretty good, how much of a power lose did he feel after those 21 years?? If not much than the oil is proven to be good on my part.
he noticed no power loss at all.. only reson he finnaly tore it down and re built it was because the head gasket started leaking so he figured time for new piston and rings since he had it apart anyway..
i think we all kinda thread jacked this.. went from race fuel to cotton candy exhaust to oil to 21 years on a 250r lol
edit... have not talked to him about quad stuff lately.. were both trying to get spring time stuff ready.. im waiting for my taxes to buy abig daddy caddy 65-72 big block boat and he is working on his 56 chevy
HAHA Theres that cotton candy again. Its all good though a little thread jackin dont hurt ne one. lol Now its not going to hurt ne thing if i switch oil over night is it??( i know nothin major) I just hear everyone sayin to always run the same oil.

no it wont hurt.. hell i prob saved my blasters life!! the guy i got it from was running ffreakin lawn boy oil!! i wont even run that in my damn snow blower.. the snow blower gets pennzoil 2 stroke oil.. 50:1 kinda sucks going to 3 diff places to get oil for the toys ( yes the snow thrower is a toy when you can launch a ten foot high roost of snow across 2 lanes of traffic.. ) 50cc 2 smoker for the win.. my carb tune is the sh*t!!!

im looking at buying a1967 cadillac sedan deville with my tax returns wil be named 'hell deville' its white 4 door lowered with a 429 big block in in, if that sells i found a 71 caddy coupe deville with a 472 big block!! my first love is cars lol.. buildint it rat rod style... flat black with red mettal flake roof, flame throwers and a mexican blanket over the front seat..

Nice actually my first love is cars also. More the imports and bigger trucks though. Love the look of a sweet rat rod myself though. I take it you like big blocks. I dont mean to piss you off or ne thing but my fiance's father is big into demos and i see 100 caddys similar to what your talking (maybe a lil newr) come in and outta the garage at hishouse every summer. Ever need ne pasrt for those big boats let me know I can prolly get it for you.

i sold my 86 to pay off my probation 86 cutlass, chevy 355 lt1 rods and pistons ported vortec heads, rpm air gap intake jetted carb, long tube headers with 1 7 8th primarys, aluminum under drive pullys, high flow water and oil pumps, hd alternator, no sway bars, th350 trans, b&m 2200 stal b&m shift kit richmond 410 gears auburn posi, 28 x 11.5 et street slicks, ran 13.2 at 104 spinnin the slicks halfway threw first.. coulndt get it to hook!
if you have a blaster you dont need race gas, do a compression check and tell us what you have and we'll tell you if you need it, it will slow down your quad if you dont have the comp. and if you do it will overheat anyway, and stay away from aviation fuel its made for altitude I dont care what these guys say.
the bike will run bad do to you not being able to completely burn the race fuel because you dont have the required compression, and if you do have the required compression you will not be able to cool it do to it being air cooled you need a liquid cooled motor or an air cooler that doesn't run long maybe 300 foot drags, hi comp. builds heat super fast and you just cant cool an air cooled motor fast enough
