I just recently traded a playstation 2 for a 2000 blaster and Ive never owned a blaster before. I put new rings in it and my question is, does stock blasters have alot of compression? Even with new rings in it, it's extremely easy to kick, which is kinda unusual to me because I have had plenty of other bikes that got some kickback to it...I have had it started before though, doesnt run quite well because I need to buy some reed valves.

Blasters dont have much kick back in stock form.

compression should be between 125 - 135 I believe, as someone on here stated in another compression thread.

damn bro thats a hell of a deal

Thats why I couldnt pass it up, I only had about $100 in the PS2, and I got the PS2 off the same dude lol. But Im not sure on the compression PSI because I dont have a tester, I think it has enough to run as it has a few times. But the whole bike is stock except the handlebars, front rims, and a DG pipe. I just found the thread about the TORS and took care of that damn thing ,lol, but I have pulled the tank off so I could get to the top of the head and put my thumb over the plug hole and had someone kick it a good one and it will blow my thumb clear off of it. Thanks for anyhelp.....
