Quick Question About Jetting

I just got my new pipe and I am planning on jetting my carb to a 270. Will the blaster still run smoothley. What I mean is that, is this a good size for the carb. I ride mostly in 4 gear on my stock blaster.

it all depends you need to try it and check the plug......

I am new to this so I guess I might ask you, which jet would be a good start or a "safer" jet for the plug?

I would try a 270 first.... then take your quad out for a 5/10 min ride then check the plug color

it should be a milk chocolate color.....

if it is grey/white you need a bigger jet

if it is black/wet you need a smaller jet
