you can swap them in about an hr as long as you dont run into any trouble(removing bolts) some people will put the bearings in the freezer to help install them. i just take a large socket or 1/2 inch extension and tap around the outside of the bearing. i would also recomend installing a zerk fitting in the carrier once you have it all appart.
