Quad for kids

just check out the links i posted, the polaris outlaw has the more suspension travel than the rappy, has reverse and is cvt, plus it is a 4stroke.
i saw the outlaw is your best bet.

I don't know my ass from my elbow with these little quads but i was checkin out a can-am 90 at the dealership and it seemed pretty cool

when i started out with quads i started out with some honda knockoff 125cc... it had an extended swinger already on it cuz it was meant for young ones so they wouldnt wheelie it and get hurt. i got it when i was 7, i experienced some problems with it, but it was a great beginner quad..... it always ran great and was actually pretty fast!! it was an automatic.... i would beat my brother everytime we raced (he had a honda xr80 clutch 5 speed) it was a great beginner quad.... but its ur choice, if u want to get something good, i would get a raptor 90 prob for the 8 year old.... good luck!!!

i was 13 and i got a baja 70cc dirtbike

NEVER EVER GET THAT BAJA JUNK!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't even get me started on that crap, worst things ever made!
Neighbor had a 150cc go kart that was broken more than it was running and always had issues and at Mountain Ridge i saw a baja quad break a spindle on a kiddie track that was flat. On the other hand the dad of the poor little kid with that piece of crap hooked the bottom loop of the dg-style bumper on the grab bar of his chinese crap and towed it back and that was kinda cool lol

Go to ATV Riders News - ATV Racing, Videos, Photo Gallery, ATV Models & ATV Product Reviews, Interviews, and Articles! - Honda Yamaha Suzuki Kawaski CanAm Polaris Artic Cat Kymco and go to the mini quad section. Do some research from people that know. You'll find out the Can Am and outlaws are Dogs. 4stroke cvt = fail

i disagree, 4stroke cvt = great quad for little kid to learn how to ride.
i dont think he is looking for a f*cking race quad, some for his little ones to learn the basics of riding.

Then what does this say....ahole! And wtf do you know about CVT's... obviously nothing.

umm, i have a scrambler 500 in the barn and it is the third one, also had a scrambler 400, oh wait guess what, i have worked on a neighbors polarises too.

and i will say that the scrambler 500 in the barn is faster than most blasters on this site.

also he said maybe later on if they get into the sport, not right now.
