got it back together, gotta thank my buddy sei for the help putting the top end back on I would have done a shotty job on it had I not taken the time to put it on nice lol.

got some spark issue and surging/stumbling issues (I think it's electrical at least without really testing anything) and I have a bad coolant leak where the clutch cover meets the center case around the pump cover area a little higher up than the weep hole. other than that and the front end being super squirly on the street it's someone going and seems to run alot better than before power wise while it's running.

mofo screams and I can't wait til it's not slacking off and everything is dialed in better. will get better pix up soon. tomorrow I gotta try to get the safety check on my cruiser tho so no guarantees on better pix til I get time and sunday i wanna cruise the bobber so gotta see then too...

imo putting a new chain slider on the 91-92 swinger is harder than dropping the motor into the roller lol

looking at prolly some grippy rubber once the bugs are worked out and his some loose stuff somewhere. it feels much lighter than my 450 so I can't wait to tear some sh*t up on it. it sounds alot more pipey/high revving than it did before sounds awesome! just need to fix the bugs and get this baby in battle shape!

Cool man how do you like those nerfs without the heel guards I hatem just picked up a set and I hate it when I am jumping something I was always used to laying my heels after the pegs on them stock blaster ones now I have nothing behind them and it sucks bad

yeah, have alot goin on, ended up getting a house and then got laid off right after we finished moving in pretty much. so been struggling to keep our heads above water.

anyway, getting a bad stumble in 4th gear and can't go any faster than that. I had it jetted with the jets that were in the pwk39 which were a 172 and 60, but was thinking it was way rich, so put the jets in that the airstriker 38mm came with when I got it which are a 165 and 45. didn't change anything cept it kinda idles better lol. I moved the needle one clip up since I was running a leaner pilot. I cleaned the contacts on the coil to see if it would help and it didn't. cut the plug wire a hair shorter to get rid of the possibly corroded wire at the end. didn't help...

I have a massive coolant leak at the clutch cover but made sure to put coolant in before running it and it was leaking when I came back too so there was still some in there and I'm not even goin to the next block, just up the street then turn around and come back towards the next street so I'm only running it like 2 minutes tops and only when I get to 4th it gets real jumpy like it bogs down and catches again but it's basically useless above 3rd it's so bad. anyone got any ideas? I considered fuel being a problem but I don't see how it would only be under severe load ie 4th gear on a slight hill where as revving it parked and up thru 3rd it pulls like crazy...

oh and we all love pix LOL
