Put a few hours into the yfz today :D

sup guys i was bored (waiting for my battery to charge ) so i decided to tidy up the quad a lil , first any bolts that were loose/missing i put in ! then i scrubbed all the sh*t off it lol polished my front rims( found out there douglas a/m ones ) the back bead locker (not rim) the grabber and front bumper! i must say it looks alot better now! i couldn't wash down the tyres though as the water pipe was frozen ! but anyways ,some pics

lookin good man keep it up....kinda looks like your front wheels are toe'd out a bit.....which means you need to adjust your tierods....could just be the picture though...

nope your right! one of the bolts came loose ,which i noticed just after i took the pic !

i'm glad to hear you're keeping itI:I imo i think it is for the best to keep it since all the motor work is already done and all it needs is odds and ends. and great job on cleaning and polishing! it looks awesome! and may i say, that is one sexy yfz

thanks guys really apprecaite the feedback ! yea i tought to myself could i really go back to a stock yfz! lol.... i raced a stroked ltr with a big bore kit and won by a good bit i couldnt belive it,like whats done to this damn engine! all i know is its a 1.4 stroker lol ands deffo not a BB,and as for getting a job i should be getting a weekend and afer school job at my local nissan dealer soon , if not im screwd as theres no other place i know that would take me on!

well i'd say it probably also has an a/m clutch basket (probably Hinson as they are very popular), a/m clutch discs (probably Barnett, Hinson, or EBC they are popular (also does it stall when you get low in rpms? if not it may have anti-stall clutch setup)), does it have a/m exhaust and is it jetted now? the motor may very well have Kibblewhite valves in it too. for all you know that motor may have anything you can name done to it, those are just a few things many racers have.

the clutch is stock with racing plaes (not sure what brand ) the guy i got it off did say somthing about wiseco valves but i tought he was kidding,maybe not lol
