Push rod?

Alright well I am going to ask for some help but I don't expect much because I can't exactly give you pictures and im not going to be near the blaster for the next few days etc, but hopefully someone can give me a hand.

I pulled my clutch cover off over the weekend to install a block off kit. Everything is smooth on that part, but what worries me is the amount of clutch material in the bottom having had this cover off not too long ago. I rotated the clutch basket assembly and noticed that the center rod (the push rod?) is loose but tight. The nut on the end is tight to the rod, but yet the rod itself has play in it. I should have taken the clutch basket off to see what exactly is bad.... but I didn't. Expecially with me be being a noob I didn't want to chance it. Reguardless, my little brother is expecting to ride saturday with all of his buddies so if anyone knows what might have went wrong without looking at it (yes I know it is a shot in the dark... ) let me know so I can order the stuff.

I am not sure how. The nut is 8mm and I did put a socket on the nut when I had the cover off. Thats how I knew the nut was tight. You can take the nut and twist your finger and the rod turns inside the clutch basket. It almost seems like the rod is bent too.

the rod has a allen head on it right.....hold the nut with a wrench and tighten the allen

i can give it a shot when i get home tomorrow night. Mine actually has a philips head on it.
