My main mods are in my sig, and I plan on running a short balancer tube, uni pod filter, and and outwears over it compared to my current stock air box. My setup is kind of weird, because my stock 26mm Mikuni that I had modified and bored to 30mm runs best with a 260 main, 33.0 pilot, and I believe the Vito's needle is in the 4th slot. I find it peculiar how I run with such a small main and turning out chocolate plugs. :-/ At any rate, the 35PWK I just purchased came off a KX200 dirtbike and I don't know what the jets are inside of it(don't have it yet). Where would be an ideal place to start with the 35mm? 160 main and 48 pilot are what Keihin ships out for the 35mm, but I'm guessing I won't need to go that big based on what I've seen from a couple member's setups after a little searching.

Jet guessing is all you can do to start but 160 main for your mods will be way over kill. My motor with a 160 main to start with was so rich i fouled plugs real quick. I would start at 155main and 42 pilot and see where that gets you. Of course a plug chop to determine where your at. I believe 155/42 you will be alot closer and still might be rich on the main side.
