Problem with front Brakes?

On my 03 blaster I have stock hydraulic brakes on the front. Just the other I finally decided to bleed them since you could bring the lever all the way back to the handle bar. While bleeding the front brake I noticed air bubbling from the reservoir so we bled it until it stopped bubbling. After bleeding it I noticed a bit of a difference from before (couldn't bring the lever to the handle bars) but the next day it went back to its usual state. I'm wondering if there is a leak anywhere that is letting air into the brake system or if it could be the calipers or something like that.

thanks, Joe

It could also be an internal leak in the master cylinder... you won't lose any fluid, but the handle will feel all mushy after it sits awhile. This normally only happens if there is moisture in the system and the quad has sat for a period of time. A good bet would be to rebuild the master cylinder if a kit is avalable. I know the parts are available from the dealer.
Also, if the front caliper slide pins are stuck, the caliper cant slide towards or away from the rotor when the brakes are applied. This normally results in poor handle feel, but you would notice that the brakes pump up and feel good, but after a minute or so they feel soft again.
