i've read all the theory behind it. it only operates under partial throttle. splits carb into 2 venturi's , so when you are at say half throttle there isn't resistance from the air near the top of the venturi b/c of the slide so the air flowing thru doesn't have as much resistance to flow, allowing more air at partial throttle.
my question is if you are at partial throttle and need more power (aka more air into your motor) why not just push the throttle in a little more? common sense to me....
