i wanted the bottom end candy blue with the cylinder chrome, shifter and kick starter chrome the carrier chrome with the rest of the axle candy blue

I agree, look for a powder coating person or place near you or in ohio which is close by. The shipping will cost as much as the coating. I had my foot pegs and kickstart done locally for 20 bux but i sand blasted them myself.

I wouldn't chrome or pc the cylinder.It will hold in to much heat on these air cooled blasters.

i do alot of powder coating. the kits are pretty cheap and old stoves are just about free. why not just do it yourself ?

oh i saw a drag banshee with chromed heads and powder coated bottomed end it looked sick!

fyi..thats a liquid cooled engine and probably running methanol which also keeps engine temps lower.

good luck finding a powder coating shop!
