Posting/Replying in classifieds?

I am new here and trying to reply to threads in the classifies but it wont let me. Why is that? theres a bunch for sale I need there but cant reply, lol. Please help!

I guess the thought is if you take the time to post 300 times then you wont steal... IDK WTFEM
