Port work

yes you can port a bbk....no need for the extra thread tho

everyone has there own opinion about builders...talk to a few and go from there

yes it is well worth it...real snappy throttle response and alot more torque.....if u do go with the +3 crank it needs to be ported to match up port timings because of the longer stroke.....but a big improvement.......go for it

Vito's +3mm Stroker Crank for all years Yamaha Blaster YFS200. Comes with stuffer blocks to decrease crankcase volume for super response. Comes with stroker plate, wrist pin bearing, and spacer plate. Adds 4 plus horsepower and throttle responce galore.

3 mm stroker crankshaft does not require machine shop work, but may need some hand grinding at the top of cases for rod clearance because the factory castings have variations and they will move the crankshaft centerline around to compensate. So engine mockup should be done to check before final assembly with at least one case half with piston on rod and in the cylinder with the supplied spacer plate, rotating to check clearance.

lol where have i seen that exact write up....hmmm.....oh thats right......its straight off the vitos site and crank box lol...j/p bro

sound like a vitos salesman yb lol

nothings better then strait from the maker

who worse than straight from the maker to be honest. I'm not saying the stroker is bad at all, infact a very good mod. But I'm sure even if it were junk Vito's would try to make it sound like the best thing since sliced bread. But I'm not going to agree with Vito's claimed gains from their products.

I have to agree with Wildcard on this one but, I will add that there are some builders out there that I will not agree on what they are claiming also.
