I was just wondering if anyone new who sold or if they make a plug to plug the hole where the oil resavior tubes come out of in the side of the cover

There should be a rubber piece that fits in that hole and has two holes in it for the lines to go through, unless that plug got lost or taken off.
^^another ditto^^ RTV works great. Let it set for maybe an hour, and then just get goin'! If you're really concerned about it, drill the fitting out of the hole, tap it, and screw in the appropriate bolt with some loctite to seal everything. This is really overkill, though. I'd just goop it and ride on if I were you.
