ok i cleaned the carb changed the 230 main to a 270 because the previous owner put on a dif exaust and air filter with no lid on the box anyway i cleaned everything even found my throttle cable is melted and water was in the thor set up so now i know why it froze ha anyway advice is nice so heres the pics any advice would help ty

is there a such thing as close enough idk i like perfect you dont get the best performance with close enough so how rich you think that is 10 less on main or more?

well, i'm no expert so i can't tell you exactly what it's going to be. that's what the plug chops tell you though. maybe 1 or 2 sizes down, but remember to keep the cold air in mind man. you have to jet for that too and being you're in WI, take that in to account.

yup its 50 today I:I witch means if i leave it till the end of march it should be rich enough to handle the 20 or 30 degree weather that we are bound to get but still be lean enough to handle it when we are in the 60s
am i right or am i way off lol
 
Actually looks a hair on the lean side to me, The last pic looks grey is it grey or black??
Even that small light brown ring on the bottom is lighter than I like, but some guys like it that way! I'm saying up one size to 280!
