How do u perform a plug chop test?

Basically, you put in a new plug, go thru the gears making sure to achieve peak revs (WFO) in them all, once you reach 6th, pull in the clutch, and kill the bike. Once the bike stops, put in a another plug and bring the plug you just used back to the shop. Put it in a vise and cut off the threads.

It should look like this guys with a 290 main

Lets ask this while were looking up close at the plugs, why B8ES instead of BR8ES?
