whats up just finished fresh top end rebuild now just wont rev just boggs down already cleaned carb checked the reeds nothing seems to work any help would be appreciated

yeah the piston is in the right way i had a guy say it sounds its a timing or spark condition i checked the keyway behind the stator and changed the stator also but runs the same

What year is it?

Are the T.O.R.S. still hooked up?

Is the parking brake ingauged?

its a 2001 runs the same with tors connected or disconnected i even swapped the cdi box

Did you break it in at all yet,did it run fine before the new top end?If you just unhooked tors that will not work there is other things you need to do to unhook tors,just let me know what i have asked or all of us.

I had the same problem....forgot to plug the carb TORS cable. Than all was fine again.

i brought it with a fried piston so i had it bored .40 over with namura power piston and it hasent ran well enough to attempt to break in as far as the tors i unhooked throttle switch the brain and at the carb still nothing i did find the silencer stopped up from some rodent nest ran a little better but still wont rev
