I can't read this or understand it. Please use puncuation and example a little better so we can help you get your Blasty running.

check your compression get a compression gage from any automotive store (the kind that screw into the motor).
to do a compression check you gatta hook up your gage and then give it full throttle while you kick the bike over untill the needle stops rising and if your compression is higher then 100psi it should start

Well one cutted the gas back on , secondly I'd make sure your intake ( front n back) boots are not cracked or letting air in , pull your gas line to the carb ( while it's cutted off) anf let a little gas flow into the actual carb not where the gas line feeds in , most will start with the rear intake boot just resting on it with that ammount of fuel , put the gas line back into it's normal spot on the carb and leave your gas cap loose , see if it starts , let's us know what happens , compresion testers ( well good ones) aren't cheap , personally I'd start with tool free attempts

haha you should check the intake boot and see if theres anything in there, change the plug, clean the carb, clean the airfilter, its gotta be somethin simple. but to tell ya the truth, i (we) really cant help to much cause of your punctuation......

if you got water in the case there is a chance you got the stator wet. If it was running and then died in water I would think electric. But if he got stuck and got on it then mabe rings.
