hi my name is jay aka jmia214 i recently bought a 2001 yamaha blaster yfs200 and it dosent run the wireing harness is a mess so i bought a new one theres a new coil but it still wont start i cant figure out how to install the new wireing harness this is just to much for me to handel any one have any tips or pointers for me on where to start please help thanks jmia214

The place to start is confirm you bought an 88-02 blaster harness. 03+ were vastly different. Then you want to lay the harness out correctly beside the quad.
The things to look for are:
The part of the harness that goes out the tail of the quad only has 4 wires and a long lead before the 4 wires come out.
The part that goes up under has a LOT of connectors bunched up really close. Otherwise the connectors are pretty much proprietary... you can't plug them in wrong.

+1...when you get the wiring harness installed correctly, eliminate the connectors. They are terrible. Just solder the wires together.
If you have a manual you can find the wiring diagram in the back. It has all the color codes then just match them up. I know you just want to get it running but now would be a good time to delete alot of the pork like the tors system. I made the wiring harness for both my blaster and the shee you can do it I:I
