I took the Blaster apart yesterday and the Piston was seized , rings were seized to the piston by the exhaust port side , maybe 1" of the rings were seized , rod looks OK anyway feels fine , side to side clearance but no as far as I can tell up and down movement , reeds look fine these close fine or they still spring to them , so just clean and re-install eveything? with new bore and piston of course.

i'd say you should be good, except figuring out what caused this, so it dont happen again, lean jetting, airleak, ect.........

not always a guarantee on the rod being good just on the side clearance. I have learned by distroying acouple of rods myself but yours sounds like it is good. sounds to me like you overheated it. which means you are probably running lean from an air leak somewhere.
