Well, I thought I was going to be pretty much done with my project, but took it out to tune it today with my rear fenders and no toil air filter on it, was going to play around for about 15 min to be able to read the fresh plug, and after about 5-10 min, it died. Tore it apart, and the front right edge of my piston started to melt, and F***ed my piston, rings and jug. So now time for a bore and a piston, or a top end from someone. 
I just put a used fmf gold fatty pipe and powercore 2 silencer on it, put a 260 jet in it. It was a stock bore. After tearing it apart, I found that the previous owner had leaned up the main needle one notch. Do you think that one notch on the main could be my only trouble? Or do I need to put a larger main jet in as well?
I moved the main needle back to the middle notch for now.
