....... Parents said it was too loud so I looked at the exhaust for cracks and sure enough there's a inch long quarter inch wide one on the pipe to the silencer. (Guess I shouldn't call it a crack then):o... The expansion chamber is fine....... Btw it's a fmf fatty......just wondering how I shud fix it or just buy a used one?........ And the guy I bought it from said the previous owner deleted the oil injection but he only took of the oil tank and corked the tube with a screw... So the tube going to the carb is still on... Shud I delete it all the way? Or is it fine?

Thynx.... And to be able to ride on trails the decibels have to be under 82 so I was wondering wat the quietest pipe was?

Probably the (United Sates Forest Approved) sufa turbine core 2 from FMF gives the same amount of power mabey a touch more than the go to non approved powercore 2 by FMF search ebay for used ones or here obviously brand new I think there arround $140 or less for new.
pre-mix is more of a preference than anything else. I pre mix my dad premixes and I'm shure my grandpa does for all our 2-stroke needs. just look up premix how to for removal in the search bar here it's pretty self explanatory

Nipple on the carb should be capped.

Oil pump must be disabled or deleted and blocked off, just imagine a pump running with no oil, cannot be a good thing.

Makes me wonder if the PO increased the size of the main jet to compensate for the lack of gas in the premix due to the addition of oil.

i have this muffler it is pretty quiet compared to most, i really like it, but u cant install after market grab bar unless it is the same length or u will scrap the muffler on the ground if u wheelie back too far

So the turbine core 2 is the quietist? I looked closer at the one i have an it looks to be an fmf fatty expansion chamber and a fmf silencer from different kind of quad. So I have exhaust leaking from the crack plus where the pipe and silencer meet........

the half assed solution is to use a metal hose clamp on the 2 ends of the metal where the crack is and put some jb weld on it and let it take till you cover the length of the crack, if your seriously cost consesious. Some pictures posted would be appreciated so we can help you easier.
