Picking up a top end...

Well i finally found a top end that i can get easily for the blaster. What can and should I look for. So just a couple questions...

1. What are the stock bore measurements?
2. Whats the max bore size before it needs resleeved?

Im taking my mics to measure the bore and stuff so what else is there to look at besides like scarring, scratches, pitting,?????
