Peek revs & Power!

Hi!

I had problems get my blaster to start but checked everything! The only thing I did not do is clean the card. I cleaned the carb and managed to get it to start and idle. Now the thing wont rev up completely. When it is put in gear and I want to pull off it dies as there is no power. There are new Booysen reeds in but the carb is from a KDX 200 with a main jet of 180 or 195 not exactly sure, but it's big. I closed the air screw completely and it sounds better but if I open the air screw it dies as soon as I give it gas. Is there anyone who can help regarding this as I am totally lost!

PS: Could it be a wiring problem as the cable by my handbrake is not connected as it is broken?

Do you think that it is over feuling cause when the air screw gets turned in it makes it richer and sounds better but when i turn it out to make it leaner it dies as soon as i open the gas?

or u need to change to smaller pilot jet if u cant adjust ur airscrew anymore
