I had recently bought a Paul turner pipe used and i was wondering if i could use the stock mounting hardware on the count that the pipe came by itself.

NO you cant. There was a guy on here selling a paul turner without the mounting hardware.
and anyways i called duncan racing and they said that the stock parts wont work you need the manifold that comes with the pipe and to buy it separate its 30 bux
