Painting My Rims :D

Hi so some of you know i got rims and tyres today. and i like the look of the blaster on the haynes manual with the yellow rims so i decided to paint mines grandad is doing it for me

no mate i used hammerite metal paint. cleaned it with thinners before we painted to get the loose paint off .

yeah man its just a temporary thing the now until i can get them powdercoated but getting my parts for quad first.

You did good with the tape but if I could make a suggestion,
next time use index cards it's alot easier and the paint line comes out perfect.

thanks man!! there won't be a next time as i will be getting them powdercoated lol only got suspension,exhaust,miaer plastics and front bumper to get for quad then il get them done

when you do that do you take the tires off the bead or just let the air out?

No they stayed on the rim- taking them off and them putting them back on will destroy the paint I don't care what kind you use.
I remove the schrader valve from the stem but simply letting all the air out works too.
