Perrysburg, Oh
I have a 200 blaster and the rear axel wont stay tight. I adjust the chain tension then lock tite everything and tighten it down and as soon as i ride it or jump anything it loosens up

What you need to do is take the inner axle nut(the one that sits against the carrier) and get it to where it is the perfect tension for the axle to rotate.Once you get that perfect then you want to turn it a c-hair more than you want, then take the outer axle nut and bring it up to the inner nut without moving the inner nut.Once the two are hand tight you need to turn the inner nut backwards(removing) and the outer nut forwards(tightening) at the same time using 2 wrenches and lock each nut into each other. When properly done no loctite will need to be used.Good luck

Well a few things come to mind if the carrier is loose. Is the chain tensioner bolts backed out all the way.If they are then I would say the chain is too far stretched and time for a new one.Check the bolts, are they tight going on and are tough to turn.I had a problem like that and got a set of new bolts off ebay and it solved the problem. Also are you running an aftermarket swingarm,if so then on top of the carrier where the bolts go through on the inside is there a washer sized spacer(basically a washer) on each side.If not add one to each side.On the stock swingarms these spacers/washers are welded from the factory onto the swingarm.Check those few things and get back with the results.Good luck.

i had a problem on my warrior once...couldnt figure out the same problem, i tryed everything drove me crazy for a few months every ride it would losen up. one day i decided to opull the actuall tensioner mechinsm off the carrier and take a look. threads on both nuts on the back of the tensioners were almost completly gone. there was enought there to feel like you were tightening it but not enought to actually hold in in place. i believe after so long the tension and weight actually just wore away the threads...that or the dumbass before me cross threaded them. replaced those and everything was great
