i thought you could go .90 over with a stock jug and so yuou get all the 290 blasters out there

you could....but i wouldn't. the sleeve starts getting really thin.

only if the sleeve is verrified, flaws in the sleeve could make the walls too thin and boom! so it usually isnt done
