I was wondering if a yz250 or another brand of 250 bike exhaust would work with the 240 big bore kit. Just wondering because the cc's are close and there really isn't too many pipes made specificly for the big bore blasters. If anybody has tried this any info would be nice.

no each motor is differant with lots to take into factor, porting, port design port timing, compression ration, so much more.. it will run and probbably run fine but probabbly wont make power where it should
also the pipe will not fit the machinew with out cutting and re welding it, which will then effect its working propertys even more

i just ordered a vitos 240 pipe, wanted a right bend trinity but its 4weeks back order, dyno port has a high volume right bend and you get the 250r muffler to it flows better. thats my personal #1 choice but none on ebay lol
well if your willing to wait a bit Mat shearer is making a big bore blaster pipe not sure when he is supposed to be done with it but he is in the process of it
