this thought did cross my mind, but i have a feeling that if i get a nice bike the raptor would end up for sale. it doesn't say it in this add but it's an 85 has anyone had any experience with Yamaha bikes of this generation.

Those old 250's were lots of fun. I'd offer him $400 and buy it if he takes it.

Yeah mid-late 80's but still a fun bike. I almost traded my blaster for one... If the price is right I'd take it.

id snatch it up, if ya get it runnin i cant see how youd loose money on a resale, check it out real good though, compression, gears and all bearings

im with liquid5soul on that one if you dont like it you can sell it and make money on it maybe.

go for it the yz250s were always great bikes i would love to have one of them.
