well here we go again i get the blaster running good and then BOOOOOOM there goes my piston now im done for a while i dont have the money for another piston and bore its crazy as much as i do to save money (fab my own peices and do everything myself) and this is what happens well like i said im done for a while no riding for me but heres some pics

holy crap that sucks man. piston and bore arent that much. i got my wiseco for like 100 bucks, and not sure what ken charges to do a bore. but your local machine shop might be cheap enough.

yeah it really suck cuz i aint got the money to do anything right now aint no work so like i said i guess it parked for a while till i can find some money and some parts cheap

well its missing a thrust washer on the bottom of the connecting rod and i think the bore was a lil out of spec and had some piston slap so now i definitely need a piston and a bore job i do have another good bottom end but really need a piston and a bore but at this point im broke so it will be sitting for a while

You have to split the cases not only to clean out the chunks but to make sure there isn't any case damage.

Usually catastrophic piston failures result in at least a cracked case. You'll need to see and repair it if it is cracked out.

yeah i know ive had to do that on my other bottom end and its back together just need a bore and a piston get get back up and running
