Hi fellow blaster friends. I am new to the forum . I just pick up a older blaster. I need to rebuild the whole bike from pc the frame to rebuild the engine new brake system to tires. This bike will be stock . I would like to up grade the exhaust and a brakes system. So what a good exhausted for the bike? What do I need to to know about up grading the brake system? Can a banshee system mod to a blaster.

Where you want the engine to produce power determines the choice of pipe
High revs or low revs.

Low/mid , DMC Alien or FMF Fatty.
Mid/high , Toomey B1, or any right bend pipe.
The Toomey B1 is pretty broad across the powerband.

You can convert the front brakes to banshee hydro's. You will need KOR's conversion spindles, and all the necessary banshee brake hardware. OR you can try to find a 03-06 Blaster front brake system.
The rear brakes, you can look for 03-06 blaster carrier, axle, brake hub, and hydro setup, or contact member AWK08 for a gsxr Brake conversion kit.
