my blaster is leaking oil doun off the exaust flange. when i give it the gas when its running the expansion chamber pushes out. is it because the spring isnt tight enough or am i running it to rich?

after i got mine ported it started doing that... kinda bad, pissing goo outta the head pipe flange, it never did that before and i used a new gasket too???

sounds like your spring lost pressure and its not holding it up far enough

have you checked to make sure your silencer is free and clear? same with the pipe. if its sat for a while an ambitious mouse may have decided thats a good place to build a home

what do you mean free and clear? the pipe went on fine like it normally does but come to think of it, it was leaking outta there when i did my leakdown test too

it seems to be ozzing out between the flange and the pipe...but there shouldnt be anything comming out there anyways right? that meens the motor isnt burning it all off.... am i right or not?

not burning all the oil is just a part of 2 strokes and how they are ridden. Just make sure both springs are in good shape and put some silicon exhaust sealant (stuff can be found arctic cat dealerships, or automotive stores) in between the pipe and the flange. I did that with my pro circuit setup and hasnt shed a drop of oil since. Just be sure to let the goop cure before riding (around 24 hrs)

Thanks! i was thinking the pipe should have 2 springs but when i got mine it only had the hooks for one on the top. i guess ill try making a socond on the bottom.
