i took a picture of what i think is the oil pump. not 100% sure tho. but if it is. if i remove the 2 lines goin to it, one is electrical and one is oil i think, will i be able to take off the oil tank and start mixing gas or is there a kit i gotta buy?

the big one is the line in from your oil tank. the smaller one is the line out to your carb. If you pull them out and block the line into your carb you will be fine. The block off kit just makes it all nice and neat. i just have ny gutted pump sitting there.

Remove the gear and plug the two lines comming from the pump. Then get the smallest size carb vaccum caps you can find at auto zone, fill the cap with silocone, now use this to plug the brass nipple on the carb.

These are old ass pics so quality isn't best, but you get the idea.

Also ignore the silocone on the clutch cover I was in need of a quick fix.

Its pretty easy just take your time.

Did you buy the quad? If so your parents don't really have a say. And also the gear is plastic!! It stripps and cracks, comepleatly unreliable. Too may blasters have seized because of pump failure, save yourself for the same headace.
