Oil Injection questions?

Well, i was ridin my blaster the other day and it just bogged down like it ran out of gas but i just filled up. I had been premixing my gas cause i noticed the oil tank was unhooked. I'm not sure if the oil pump is taken out or not. If it's not removed, will it hurt the motor? I just bought the bike and
know nothin about it and am really hoping it's not tore up.

is the line plugged for the oil tank? if its not you've been sucking air into that cylinder causing a lean condition. check to make sure that the port that the oil injection goes into the carb has been plugged.

i'd just remove the whole works and plug the hole on the side of the carb if you don't it could suck air at some other point plus you'll have to remove the plastic gear that drives the pump to eliminate all air sucking potential problems, did mine the day i brought it home from the dealer and never had to worry about it again
