im really hopin someone can help me with this. i need to remove the gear shaft. the pump is off. please help

open up the pump and i think u just have to turn it and a spring pops it out. i cant relly remember that well tho. it was a while ago i took mine off
^^^ idk why i would take apart the pump. but thanks. side of my motor that looks decent. but i cant get the shaft out of the block. someone knows the answer to this and i know it
