well pats are gonna have it tough this yr, Aaron Hernandez was arrested for obstruction of justice and murder...don't think it's true he did the murder but he is probably covering for his buddy, then he was released from the pats 2 hrs later. I'm a BIG pats fan and I'm pissed, gronk probably won't play due to his back surgery, now tebow is going tight end, I'm assuming it will be a quick yr and Brady is not going to be happy....
 
Unfortunately Aaron is guilty as charged.He will spend the rest of his life behind bars.A damn shame since he just had a child 8 months ago,signed a 40 million contract.These idiots just can't stay out of trouble. Go Pats!!!!
 
I think if someone gets life in prison, they should just lined them up and BOOM shoot them...

Just like all the people with DWI and DUI... Once you lose license a year, two is for life...

Some countries they only get one chance. You get caught driving drunk, they will shoot you with a firing squad... Be a lot less idiots in our country for sure!

lol but do you think thats right? to take someone elses life for drunk driving? even if they crash and kill people they didnt want to do that. Good thing we live in America huh? lol

They chose to get drunk and drive, its their fault, they took someones life, theirs should be taken too.... Its all about choices, no one else made them drive drunk, they chose to do so, they pay the price.

This is the most ridiculous thing I have heard. A lot of DUI's happen to people when they are young. Most never do it again.To take someones life over it is just plain absurd. So let me ask you this. Why should they be shot?Why not the company selling and making alcohol for profit.Why does the government not stop it? Should they stop it? So who do we blame,offender or contributor?

So herp and giz are out riding there blasters.Herp is in front flying in 5th gear and all of a sudden theres a woman walking her dog on the trail.Herp ends up killing the woman from injuries from the accident. Should herp be shot and killed since whe was killed?

Blame the guy thats gets drunk and goes for a drive.... And most of the teens that gets these go to prison for murder when they kill their friends.

As for your other thing, i wouldnt be drunk, and people dont walk in our woods or in the way of quad.

And i said other countries shoot on first offense.

And the government isnt doing a thing... its just a slap on the wrist, and a fine. People have 10-12 DWI i have seen in the news, they dont deserve to live, they cant make good choices anyways. And they usually injure/kill people.

Good points. You also have to realize that a DUI in the state of Maryland consists of .08. You can be pound to beers while having lunch and be over that limit. Does that make any sense?

Your views and beliefs are way way off. This is America and has been this way since you were born. If I ever see you walking around with a back pack I would run as far as I can. My point being... America needs some consequences for this...
Jail is just a free room, food, and health care for them, coming out of the peoples tax dollars...

I disagree. I think you either have to enforce the rules or not the limit of .08 is to low and they are trying th lower it again. Most people can drive better at .08 then they can if they are tired and rushing to work. If they are going to enforce it then people should not be allowed to drive to a bar period. 99% of people leaving the bar are breaking the law. It has to be one way or the other. Killing people for driving over the legal limit is just insane. That would be nothing more then a terrible approach at population control.

I agree with the .08 technically you can't even go to dinner with the wife,family,etc and have one drink and you are over the legal limit. What happened to the old days when they gave you a sobriety test.That worked well for years till this electronic device and new laws came out. Now onto population control!!! There is one easy fix for this,Get rid of ONE BIG ASS MISTAKE AMERICA!!!!!!
 
suspected to be involved with multiple other murders, this sux, denied bail a second time, it's all speculation they don't have hard evidence yet other than a clip that was " the same type" as the one that killed Odin Lloyd, I'm a big pats fan and this is really going to mess this yr up with gronk not likely to play, Wes welker gone, and now Hernandez up for this. hope tebow can shine because now is the time to do it.
