noob with a question... oil block off..

hey, I got my blaster yesterday and I wanted to switch over to mixing my own gas by doing the oil pump block off. I took off the oil tank and the side where the pump is. I then took off the oil pump but there is no plastic gear? I read a few of the diy guides on this but it sounded like there should be a plastic gear attached to the outside of the pump. Or do I have it completely wrong and I have to take the pump apart? There looks to be a little gear inside the pump but it appears to be metal? and does anyone have any pictures of the pump apart just for refrence?

you have to take the whole clutch cover off and the gear is in there

I have the cover off. and the pump off. I took the pump apart and found the gear. can I just take the guts out of the pump and re seal it and put it back in? or is there something else im missing?

nevermind. I got the nylon gear out. drained the oil now off to the store to get some new stuff. Thanks for the help.
