No spark?

Bought blaster while back, ran ok when I first bough.t.I was riding it and ran out of gas, couldn't get it to start since. I have rebuilt carburetor, new coil, wire, and plug. I also removed tors system, new cdi also. Any ideas, please need help.

Check your grounds and make sure they are clean and tight. Also It might be time to check the stator for output. Look in the manual for the specs.

is it forsure getting fuel? turn the petcock on and pull the gas line off the carb and see if its a nice steady flow

Do you have a healthy spark?

Do you have a good supply of fuel?

Have you disconnected the TORS correctly?

Checked ground wires, even ran new wires. It is getting gas. This has got me stumped.

What year model is it, there are differing ways to remove the TORS for different year models.

It's a 2000, I removed hole system, just left cap.

Did you do any wiring to the key ignition or on off switch? If either of them is bad, that could cause you no spark also.

There wasn't a key ignition when I got it, as far as on off switch I haven't checked to see if bad?

Ok finally got blaster all wired back up,started first kick but was idling really fast so shut off and adjusted air fuel screw,still really high idle. Now not starting at all?? Need help please.

Have you leak tested yet?

Depending on how bad air leak that could be acting like your holding the throttle wide open... But u didn't specify how high of a idle..

Leak test as stated above and make sure your adjustment on the air screw are set at 1 1/2 out so u at least have a base to start

Moved the airscrew as stated, and use the idle screw to turn down the idle. The large flathead screw on the brick on top of the carby

Found leak,replaced intake gasket,still won't start
