no rear tail light....

Ok so with me trail riding i need a tail light and welll... my quad dont have one!! no grab bar no tail light!!!!.. hell the wiring is not even there... to the back of the quad
And by looking in my clymers book it states the tail light is the blue wire from the dimmer switch.. tryed to follow and i thin kthere are two blue wires... anyone have apic of there wiring that can point out where to connect into??

you just wire it up to the 12volt source from the head light and hook the ground to the frame.

ok you mean by tapping into the wiring for the headlight?? wouldnt that cause it to be on or off dependin on high or low beam??

should be two wires going to it.. dont mistake it for the sender wires

I have an 04 blaster and it has neither a hi/lo beam switch nor a taillight. Did it used to have these and some idiot previous owner take them off? sorry to go a little off topic.

yeah blue and black wires,dont know where they originate from though, that would require undoing the whole harness, but go here to see what i have for my taillight,
