newly rebuilt blaster wont run right :(

I just put my bike back together and it idles awsome. When its warming up I can give it a little gas and it will respond, after it starts to warm up it wants to die when I give it some gas. Might this be a jetting issue? I'm about to pull the plug right now.

Update.

After pulling the plug I noticed that it looked good. I sanded it to clean it up and started playing around with every thing and thats when I discoverd my TORS was messing up. Once I unpluged the brain it would run just fine.

It seems to burn rich with the lid on, so it looks like I have to run with the lid off, darn.... The last guy must of jetted it to run no lid with the k & n filter.
