hello,
im new to all quads and i have only rode ATVs twice, and i am trying to sell my gokart on craigslist and one guy offered me a Blaster for trade its either a 200 or 250ccs (dont remember which) and i might do the trade, but I dont know if the quad is going to be good for me, so i was jus wondering how fast they go, seat height, and maintainence I am 16, 5'11" and 200 pounds i will be doing trail riding and not racing, but there will be some mud and water (about 1 to 2 feet deep) and some small hills, and also alot of farmland. So if anyone can fill me in on this quad it will be really aprecieated.

welcome to the forum.. i would say thats a good trade and i would go for it .. it should be good for u i am 6' 227 lbs lol and it pulls me great .. it should go around 50 /55 with stock gearing .. post up some pics if u trade..

i would trade a blaster for a go-kart. I gave up my go kart for a blaster. I am 5'11" and 250 and my blaster hauls me around. I do have some slight suspension mods to my quad. Take a look at my signature. cost me about $600.00 and makes a world of difference.

lol my blaster doesnt even need to try and carry me around, im 5'5 or 5'6 and at 123pounds lol no wonder at the corss country race my blasty managed to keep up with the 450's it was like pulling a small leaf I:I

does anyone know how to go about painting my frame. I want to paint the frame metallic red and the skid plates, a arms, swinarm black both glossed and i wanted to know if i gotta sand it down first or sumthin

ya you could hand it, but with all the shard corners and places for botls that would take a while. im gonna paint my frame soon, and i was gonna use paint stripper to remove all the paint down to the metal.
