whats up guys im new to the sight but have owned my blaster for 6 years and about 2 years ago i let a friend ride it who claimed he new how to ride.well lets just say he hit a tree stump exploring the top of 6 gear. bike barrel rolled and flew about twenty feet on its nose and tumbled about 10. my friend was jacked up but who cares right.so the damage to my quad is as follows; bent frame,bent handle bars,bent axel,broken skins,broken light,ripped seat,snaped rotor,broken three fender mounts,broke both tie rods,twisted steering stem,bent levers,broke grab bar and bumper,last but not least bent my fmf pipe. (not to mention tried kick starting my quad in nutral RUNNING!! }
so the aftermath 2 years later is im still in the middle of fixing everything. i could of gave up but everybody that saw it was talking junk so i set out to prove them wrong and put money down on spanking them too.so because there my close friends and brother i got time to work on it. it has become my get drunk and hammer stuff project. i would like to make a journal but have to learn how to use sight a little help is welcome.it should be fun

its not that bad anymore i would say half way to were i want it now.i will post some pics when i get around to it.i have the motor complety rebuilt with very nice portjob,piston .040 over,new clutch basket with plates and springs,new crank bearing,new rod 3mm over.replaced every gasket and put allen head screws in the case covers(lookes cool
new frame sand blasted and primed with poly epoxy stuff 20mm thick,and finished in royal blue car paint hi gloss.alot of clear coat lookes wet.new tie rods and a-arms, new steering stem,used axel new bearing kit upper and carrier.three houndred dollar hydrolic brake i got from Welcome To The BlasterZone thing lookes like it would stop a bus.i had to grind the rear brake tab off near footpeg nut i did it before the frame was done so it looks good.and i sandblasted every thing that was metal that was not the frame,tie rods swingarm,a-arm ect. and painted them black. to finish the project i need a 33mm airstriker carb,with boot and bolt on filter.,handle bars,new rims and tires,and some new plastics.grab bar and bumper,seat cover with graffix,and a trail tech light set up.i might need ricky stator or somthing.and other little stuff like my ignition module because my current one dosent fit the frame .and the one i bought dosent fit the sparkplug [different tip] so i think its the year of the frame i bought im hoping no other issues acur with the year of the frame.its pretty much going to be a new quad from the frame out exept for gas tank there freeking expencive as hell [the after market one] i have a few questions for someone experienced.
