Im in illinois im not sure of the elevation here.Its very cold out right now so id rather be safe than sorry.
Heres a couple of pics of this blaster recently acquired sorry about the quality it was a quick pic on my cel phone.
Anyone have an idea what year im working with here?
So whats everyone think?Good deal for 125.00 even though it came with a grenaded motor?
Depending on what part of Illinois I want to say you are probably between 1000 and 1500 elevation. That considered with the temps you should start out with around a 290 main and do a plug chop. An other method for arriving at a good main jet size is to progressivly go up on your main untill it bogs at WOT then drop 2 sizes and plug chop it.

Blaster looks nice. I love the seat, does anyone know where I could get one or a cover like that color?
The wheels are supposed to be ITP as well.I did look on them and couldnt find any markings.The tires all say ITP.
The guy i dot it from said they used to run it on a local 1/8 mile track from time to time on fun night.But mostly they ran it up in peoria on a dirt track.
As for the seat i thought it was stock?
