Just bought it 2 days ago. This is my first wheeler ever(always been a street bike guy). Ive ridden friends quite a bit and the came across this one for a ridiculous price. This kid went off to college and decided he needed money for beer real bad. I got him down to $600! Motor was just rebuilt and bored .020.(any way i can visually verify that?) And what does that bring the displacement to? New gears too. Started taking it apart last night--I havfe a buddy that works at a shop that does powdercoating. he is going to coat the frame, swingarm and control arms for $40. Looking to get new plastics(any suggestions) and a few other mods right away(handlebar, levers) and then maybe some others later on(suggestions again welcome). Looking forward to interacting with other peeps in the forum for help and networking. And most of all praying for warm weather to melt all this damn snow!!

Welcome and enjoy! Nice looking bike, im guessing 90's in year? Also you can tell the bore by taking the cylinder off and messuring it!

welcome buddy!! nice to have more wi people!! side note.. i recommend a nice pb race cut front plastic set up.. will give the blaster a nicer look and makes them looks bigger..

and ill take them black plastics off your hands for ya :)

welcome to the forum!!!
looks like you have some suzuki bars on there but i may be wrong (off a ltr250r)
the first thing that i would honestly do is take the twist throttle off and put a thumb throttle back on everyone thinks the twist throttle is nice untill you loose your footing and give her full throttle by accident!!! not good lol...

Welcome, and I agree with Samolia about the twist throttle, My brother put one on his Roptor 660 and 15 min. latter we're draging his quad out of the woods and driving him to the ER. You get alot more throttle control with the thumb and you can do alot better wheelies.
