New to me Blasters, couple questions

First rides on the two new Blasters, 88 and 06SE, both very clean and bone stock, seller says neither not ridden much last few years, although 88 has clearly had a good amount of use. 88 will need new A-arms I think, some noticable play in the system when tested stopped, but seems to handle OK. About how much for new/used A-arms?

Both machines start first kick. 06 needed idle adjustment on the TORS. It seems toe-out alignment, and has a bit of a speed wobble over 40 on smooth surface (no signs of any impact anywhere). Almost looks like left front wheel is out of round at speed- anything common that might do that?

Riding back to back, power delivery is more linear on the 88, the 06 is a little boggy down low and then kicks in hard all the way up through the revs. Plan to do a thorough check and tune ups next, new airfilter and plugs etc. Could this just be mixture setting or likely a dirty carb?

Both engines clean no seepage anywhere. Will be buying/building a leakdown tester- is this something needs done even for pure stock machines?

Oh yeah - these are lots more fun than any big machines I've driven!

Thanks in advance for any good advice.

yes you for sure want to do a leak down test on both of them.

It does not matter its stock or not.

The crank seals, are known to only last about 6 years in them. Then they start to leak.

And if they leaking, can lead to a engine going boom boom. really quick and easy and even though it can be a little bit of a pain to change them. its well worth it, in the long wrong.

yes, pictures please.
