new stroker crank

Lmfao i would be bullshit if i found that in my engine! Glad u took the head off and looked could of been a bad brake in

well maybe i did but it doesnt seem like i saved lol.
i couldnt just ride to his shop and show him and demand my money back. i can only tlk to him on the phone and email. he seems like a good guy but he just didnt say if the crank is used which apears like it is used.

i do have an itemized bill of sale he had sent with the engine

total without shipping was 891.70
but i have sent him my engine before when it was stock to port and polish but to still allow adjustment for stroker to match iut up. also got some v force reed replace ment and hinson clutch
bill of sale states new stroker crank

It is possible to take a blown crank, bore the pin location 1.5mm to the outside, weld the inside of the old hole up and machine it back out smooth and MAKE a "built" stroker crank versus a purchased stroker crank. I'd be a little leery of what was in that engine the way it looks though.

FYI, stock blaster stroke is 57mm, +3 is 60mm and +4 is 61mm

there should be no discoloration what so ever unless he did whet si said to your old one. It's possable but unnecessary to be honest with your bill you could have bought 5 vito's +3 strokers and did the work yourself if you know what your doing and had patience ..............but 900 seams like a good deal yea to the guy who did it..................

yall i dont know what to do. ken said i could send him the entire engine and he will check it out for me. but i just cant afford sending it off again. i have tryed many times to contact my builder but no answer and im not sure if hes is ignoring me or just really busy. i didnt get my carb needles i payed for and i didnt get the flywheel key he was supposed to have taped to the engine for me. i was suppose to have left a coupe weeks ago but i didnt because of waiting on him to return my engine ( took forever). i dont wanna start my engine and try ridding it and then it f**K up my engine because og sh*t in the cylinder. he was even suppose to true up the crank and weld and it doesnt even state that on my bill of sale. this is bullsh*t, i dont know what i should do!!! :(

call him till you get an answer tell him what you found and everything and put it together by a local professonal and run it if it blows send it to him and tell him he's gonna do all the work for free or he's gonna get sued for what it'll cost you to send it to someone else (Ken O'Connor) just take lots of pictures of the cylinder walls the piston all the stuff you have and what he said to have promised you. you cant loose with pictures and reciepts in court it'll be a no brainer

man i just dont have time to deal with all that. i have postpone leaving the country due to my engine. i should have waited to send it off when i come back. instead i wanted to get my engine fixed, how i wanted it and drive the hell out of it for a month or so , when i come back my hobbie is good to go. im not knockin this guys work and im no tryin to ruin his rep but when i notcied that a flywheel looks like it was mounted already and all i could think is why does my crank look like it may have been someone elses...? i had talked to him before he sent my engine back and we agreed not to mount the flywheel because the taper was mauled up and most likely wouldnt get a good mate. i wish i would have takin pics of the top of the piston but i wasnt thinking, all i could think was get the mess out! lol

so, now that you're not getting a response from this "BUILDER",
it's time to spill the beans and let us all in on it

WHO IS THIS JACKWAGON, WITH WEBSITE, EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER AND SHOP ADDRESS

if for no other reason but to save someone elses ass on here !!!!!!!!!!!
consider it a public service anouncement

awk i would like to but im not going to just yet, i would like to talk to him first and see whats up. we all already know who he is too. im not exactly wanting an eye for an eye, i just want what i payed for. im wating for my bro to hook me with some torque wrenches so when i check to see if there is any trash inside and all is clear, ima torque it back down do the heat cycles and give it a shot

you'll need a new head gasket or at least anneal that one < heat it with a propane torch for a few minutes till it turns colors, that'll soften it so the head can compress it and seal good

and how come i don't know who it is ????
if it's kennedy i'm gonna flip ....again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well i do have another gasket but it seemed a smaller I.D. it looked to close to the piston, it would touch if i didnt actually move the gasket up. i thought about putting a spot of glue to hold it but still seems to close for comfort lol
