So I have a 96 blaster 200 we ordered a new stator the one on before was a 5 wire the one we ordered is a 4 wire will and how do I get it to work or do I have to order a five wire? And where would I get one thanks

The 5 wire is for an 03-06 blaster. 4 wire is 88-02.
If its an aftermarket stator, some if not most never work right out of the box. The best thing to to is get an OEM yamaha one. Look for a working used one on eBay, or put an ad up here.
